Dealing with an auto repair problem (mechanical) or as a result of a collision, is always stressful. The owner and staff at Shepard's Auto Center could not have been nicer. Since dealing with cancer and often times not able to communicate after my frequent surgeries, I find/found that Shepard's went above and beyond the call of duty. They repaired my car to near perfection. They worked with the insurance adjuster directly so that I didn't needed the added worry and concern. To most of us, Shepard's is not just an Automotive Center, they are simply party of our Newburyport family. Thank you Dave #1 & #2.
