Both my girlfriend and I have been taking our cars here for the past year or so. We are always extremely happy with the work, cost, and turnaround time. Folks are very honest and never try to convince you to do more work than the car really needs.
I brought my Grand Cherokee in for a new starter. Good news was it was done on one day. Unfortunately, the communication was so atrocious as to status of completion I will never use them again. Excuses galore from Gloria who blames everything on the technicians, busy phones, etc. Gloria single handedly turned a good, one day turn around on a job into a lost customer.

Moved back to my home town of Amesbury in 2011. Been coming here for all my car needs since then. I think they do a great job and pricing is always fair. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and accomodating.
Absolutely terrible. Went in for minor suspension work, picked it up and the transmission was completly destroyed to the point it could not be driven and had to be brought to a proper shop for service. I used the shop three times before this occasion and each time the vehicle developed new progressivly more expensive problems within days of its service. Would not only not recommend but would actively advise against bringing your vehicle in unless you enjoy spending lots of money.
The shop has been helping me repair a used VW. They are as good as anyone you can find technically, they are more than fair in the charges for the services
