First time visitors. Our daughter recommended it. The coffee was excellent and the young ladies behind the counter were courteous and professional. We'll return :)
Nice space, good service, chai latte was too sweet, would come back here on another visit to Newburyport.
Change your hours then... that's just poor customer service.
Super friendly service and good coffee and tea options. Limited seating, but not usually crowded
Coffee and location is great, but they're constantly running out of product in the bakery. Service is cold and the baristas have poor people skills. I walked in at 4:53pm and they close at 5pm. The girl told me she couldn't serve me because they're closing soon and she was cleaning up.
No more kitchen supplies, but the coffee selection is super! Take your kids along for a hot chocolate.
