Some internal miscommunication at the shop meant that we were delayed 15 minutes. The kayaks worked as intended, as did the borrowed paddles and (presumably) life-vests. The river through Newburyport is definitely worth a visit

Participated in a tour over the weekend. It was unorganized and at times unsafe. No basic instruction was provided for those that have never kayaked. In fact, some people had their paddle backwards. People were strewn about in the water with oncoming boat traffic. Leadership was poor and the owner seemed unsure of the surrounding area which is not good. The tour would be better suited with fewer in the group.
