I'm retracting my previous review of Hyman's Pennyworth's in Newburyport, MA. The manager, Bob, was very understanding of my situation and I will continue to shop at the store for years to come. Very helpful staff and a great selection of footwear. My 3 year old got a pair of light up crocs and he loves them very much.
I never leave there with less than 6-12 pairs at a time! If they don't have a particular shoe in stock, they will order them for you. Great company!
Staff is very helpful, always fit the shoes correctly to your feet. Not cheap shoes, but shoes that look good & feel good, and last a long time!
I had my 2nd great experience with this store buying boots. I need waterproof and professional. I want to thank Joan for all her help. She worked hard to find me the right boots for my job, I am outside a lot. She was very pleasant and professional, ask for Joan on your next visit!!!! It a great store as well!!!
