Not even worth one star. Refused to take any insurance information and then gave me an attitude when I called my insurance company to handle it for me. Told me they would take $150 from a card at the site to have towed my car out of a snow pile, and then because I didn't have the money, they told me it would be over $200 and then bumped it up to over $300 in cash because it was now at their lot. Worst company ever.
They Got my car to where it should be and let me use my card over the phone. I called to make sure it was delivered ,the guy who answered wasn't sure, and called me back in less then 5 mins with the info and was very polite. Thanks!
WARNING DO NOT HIRE!! If i could give no starts that is what this company would be rated. DO NOT USE THEM! extremely unhelpful,rude arrogant, like i was inconveniencing them by having my car towed in. After calling to ask how much my bill is after getting it towed in via state police i was told the amount. I live 45min away, after having a friend take time out of his day to drive me, they inform me its cash only. Wouldnt you tell a customer over the phone that we only take cash??? My bill was over 500$ do they expect people to have that kind of cash? As im walking away the big loud fat guy who works there tells me "you knew this". He must have been under the impression i wanted to make two trips from danvers to newburyport. This means a trip back home to the bank another trip back up there. Just a ridiculous way to run a business. Support a REAL towing company, They should not be on the state police list for towing companys. Really felt screwed over and helpless under the situation and im a grown man. Best part clearly says they take visa and master card on the website i mean come on.
Salisbury PD called this company to tow my van from a snow bank. The driver claimed they only took cash, and if I couldn't produce $150 cash right then they would be impounding my company truck. It says clearly on their website they take Visa/MasterCard, and I needed to use my company card to have it covered as a work expense. He offered to drive me around to various ATM's at 2am to get his cash. I told him to go ahead and impound my truck; I would just walk home. The guy finally took my card and gave me a really bad attitude about it.
