Paid $16 for a "hot wax wash" that left the car smeared, unable to see out of the windshield and generally worse than when i drove the car in. Response from owner was prompt and professional and offered credit for a rewash which I hope to be better. Hopefully an anomaly/unit error, but can't fault the customer service.
paid $14 for a wash and the car was still dirty after. Emailed the car wash explained my situation and they gave a code for a free wash. All in all, i was not impressed with the wash but will be going back only because i now have a free was with them. I give them 4 stars for customer service.
Soft Touch my a$$. My whole car was shaking from being pushed around, and it didn't dry the car at all. I basically had to wash the whole car again from all of the water spots once I got home. Also, it completely destroyed my license plate frame, as well as the one from the car behind me. Half of mine is missing so I'm sure it's flying around in there somewhere. I used the "Better" wash for $14. Guy behind me bought the Ultimate. Never again.

I don't expect much from a touchless wash, but this one is horrible. Doesn't even do the front or back of the vehicle and has zero pressure. Don't waste your money.
