We drove almost 5 hours to trade with these wonderful people!! The truck was all that they promised that it would be!!! We are so very satisfied with our 2004 Chevy SSR that they sold us!! Would highly recommend these dealers to everyone!! Well worth the drive!! They are very honest and trustworthy people!! Thanks again!!!!
Update 9/27: our car has finally been fixed by OUR LOCAL BMW SPECIALIST. They agreed to cover the repair bill but haven't paid anything yet. Will keep updating until everything is settled...

Update 10/23: after all the drama, we finally got paid. I can’t imagine what if I didn’t ask countless times...they could have delayed forever. Anyway, the car is fixed and the payment is set now. Two months of drama, will not purchase a car from them again :(

We bought the car 3 weeks ago (8/17). The car itself is sweet but that's about it! The day we picked up the car, check engine light came up! Called them to fix and they promised to fix it by next Saturday. Called in advance on Sat morning, they said the car will be ready to pick up afternoon. Went there and picked up the car heading back home, which is an hour drive. Called us on our way home saying the car was not ready yet. RIDICULOUS! Why did they even let us pick up the car in the first place?! Later they offered us to buy an aftermarket warranty and they will pay for it. Sounds great right? The funniest thing is, however, they don't even trust the warranty company we prefer to purchase from. I'd say Plum Auto Work got great cars but terrible communication and administration! This company is a sheer representation of unprofessionalism. BTW, our car is still not fixed due to their delayed response...
